I really like finding ways to incorporate snap-downs into drills with goalies.

Here we started our session with a more skill-specific exercise. This was right after our dynamic warm-up, so the blood is flowing, alertness is high, and fatigue is low.

The Drill starts with a snapdown to an athletic stance, followed by a cone color being shouted and a ball being thrown in that direction.

We started with a light band around the ankles for a few reps in order to recruit more motor units (muscles), that way it would potentiate her next set when we remove the band.
