I worked with a lot of great strength & conditioning coaches to put together an all encompassing resource for you to use for yourself or with your athletes. I specifically wrote on programming at the collegiate level in chapters 9-12 and provide a full year of workouts. These workouts don’t incorporate speed, agility, or conditioning methods, so if you would like insight on those please reach out and I’ll be happy to consult!

Team Program Partnership

  • Developed to prepare your players to not only play their best, but improve their athleticism with a progressive warm-up plan throughout the season. Don't perform the same mindless warm-routine for 10-15 minutes each and every practice, instead use that time to learn better sprint & change of direction mechanics, improve their mobility, all while having fun!

  • Learning how to eat to perform is the low hanging fruit in athletic development for most athletes (pun absolutely intended). Sports Nutrition tips & tricks to improve perforamce will be provided to your teams. This can also be a webinar topic in of itself.

  • Your team will get webinar(s) on an aspect of sports performance. Webinars generally last between 30-45 minutes depending on how much discussion there is after the presentation. Number of webinars per season/semester dependent on interest. Contact for pricing.

Pure Performance Lab is a resource for current and former athletes looking for training programs written by a true professional in the field. I’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes in the NFL, NCAA, MiLB, NWSL, NLL, PLL, WPLL, and a Paralympic gold medalist swimmer. The name was inspired from George Mumford’s book “The Mindful Athlete: Secrets to Pure Performance” a book I read while I was playing professional lacrosse and attending JMU for my masters degree in Exercise Physiology. In the fitness industry there’s been an influx of information via social media that lacks nuance and real life application. Pure Performance Lab is meant to bridge the gap between the science and art of high performance for the athlete. Thoughtful and deliberate intention has been used to write every program on the site. It’s not just a list of exercises you perform in a mindless order. Training sessions are structured to ensure your body and mind are growing and recovering in the most optimal of conditions. If you’re looking for more than just a generic workout or plan, if you want some insight into how to achieve your true potential and perform at the highest level, these plans are for you.
